At Plumtree Preschool, we believe every child is a unique and precious gift from God.
We are a Christian preschool where your child can come from two to five days per week, ages 2.9-5 years. Each child will learn skills in math, science and language arts at their own level of development and enjoy Bible stories and faith lessons. Outdoor play and movement activities in our spacious gym will also be included.

We believe in having a routine that includes free time to learn through play and open ended activities, which helps to develop not only good social skills but language and cognitive development as well.
We believe that children learn through example. Through staff role modeling, the children will learn how to treat each other with kindness, concern, and empathy.
Small group activities will help inspire the love and interest of acquiring knowledge.
Through fun in learning, we hope to help children accept themselves as God’s beautiful child with something wonderful to offer the world.
Our Teachers Lori Venn, a resident of East Longmeadow for 10 years, lives with her daughter Sarah and Bill, her husband of 21 years. Lori is experienced in Godly Play and is excited to share her many stories, songs and games with the children and developing open-ended projects for them to create. She has been teaching Preschool for 6 years and enjoying every minute of it!
Corinne Baker has been a resident of Wilbraham for 8 years and lives there with Chris, her husband of 20 years, and her children Lauren, Alex and Haley. She has more than 20 years experience in the early childhood profession, most recently, running the South HadleyFamilyCenter and teaching at a local preschool.
Our Location Plumtree Preschool is located at Evangelical Covenant Church, on the corner of Bradley and Plumtree in Springfield's Sixteen Acres neighborhood. We are just minutes from Wilbraham, East Longmeadow and Ludlow.
